Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Parts Warranty

We provide a limited warranty of up to 1 year on selected components under normal use conditions.

Wooden Components: Covered for 180 days from the date of delivery

Hardware Components: Covered for 365 days from the date of delivery

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What Is Covered

If a covered component fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective part, or
  • Replace it with a new or equivalent component at no additional cost

Covered hardware components include (but are not limited to):

  • Cam lock sets
  • Screws & tapping screws
  • Hinges
  • Handles
  • Slide rails
  • Locks

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

General Exclusions

  • No valid proof of purchase is provided
  • Products that are used, resold, or second-hand
  • Products used outside the intended market/region
  • Commercial, rental, or high-frequency usage

Misuse & Improper Handling

  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation
  • Failure to follow instructions in the product manual
  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
  • Use of non-original parts or accessories

Environmental & External Factors

  • Damage caused by extreme heat, humidity, water exposure, or rapid temperature changes
  • Damage caused by natural disasters, abnormal voltage, or external forces

Natural Characteristics & Wear

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture
  • Wood expansion, contraction, warping, or cracking due to environment
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not affect functionality
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., loosening, minor noise, aging over time)

Important Notes

  • Replacement parts will be shipped after verification by our support team
  • Customers are responsible for installation of replacement parts
  • If a part has been discontinued, a comparable replacement may be provided

How to Request a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement, please contact us within the warranty period and provide:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Purchaser’s name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Clear photos or videos of the defective part and affected area

Limitation of Liability

  • This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Labor, installation, or additional costs are not included unless otherwise stated
